Nya, an inner-city state school teacher, is deeply committed to her students, but desperate to give her only son Omari opportunities they’ll never have. When an incident at Omari’s private school threatens to get him expelled, Nya must confront her son’s rage and her own choices as a parent. But can she reach him before the world pulls him away? This European premiere is directed by Arcola’s Associate Director, Jack Gamble (The Daughter-in-Law).
