Liveness is one of the things we all miss about not being able to go to the theatre. The sense of sharing something that is happening in the very moment. There is a difference between the film of an event and watching a live streaming. It is part of the appeal of the Old Vic OV series. So this coming Thursday and Friday set you alarm for this Zoom show that sees Rachel Fallon performing as a woman trying to cope with her changing life. It’s free, lasts a bare 10 minutes and is being performed eight times over two days. A chance to take an intimate glimpse at the work of a thrilling choreographer. Booking essential.

About Hofesh Shechter: Untitled

Through the lens of choreographer and director Hofesh Shechter, you’ll step onto the stage and into the world of performer ‘Elisabetta’ as she’s steered through narratives of life, in this fragile, intimate and inquisitive piece. Filmed on location at The Lanterns Studio Theatre, London, this is a rare opportunity to see an exquisitely delicate and intimate short solo piece from an artist who is renowned for his raw, visceral and energetic studies in award-winning ensemble work. Streamed live on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September 2020, 8 times over 2 days, this 10-minute short will take you beyond theatrical boundaries and blur the line of audience and performer, bringing a fresh new perspective to the work.
