About HOMELAND
Sit down, relax, join in... everyone is welcome. Mia and Theïa have a room full of different things. Help them wrap objects in fabric and yarn, or just enjoy conversation and community in a homey atmosphere. Collaborators Mia Giacone and Theïa Maldoom have a background in movement, theatre and fine art. HOMELAND is a participatory installation looking at connection, conversation and community, and was developed in 2019.
