Kate is discovering what it really means to be a wife in her close-knit Christian community. Mia is beginning to push her boundaries at school, pleasing the boys as an easy route to popularity. Cecilia, caught in the throws of her first love, is battling with the question “am I ready yet?” All three girls are fighting to find their own way of being sexual and empowered. Following their 4-star production of Cream Pie, Crossline Theatre returns to CPT with Friday Night Love Poem, a new play by Natalia Knowlton that looks at young women and their sexual coming-of-age moments.
