Pricked is the story of Sleeping Beauty, like you’ve never seen it before featuring a princess who wants to be a pop singer and has had sex with every boy who’s wandered into the woods. A hopelessly privileged Prince searching for an independent woman, a Raven with identity issues and a frustrated fairy who’s out of practice, plus of course a villain, the magnificent Maleffluent who’s as insecure and attention seeking as she is evil. Packed with songs and serious laughs this is an adult panto like no other. Pricked features the same creative team as last year’s hit show Slipped and the previous pantos Rubbed and Goosed, written by Tim Benzie and Paul Joseph, directed by Tim McArthur with Aaron Clingham returning as Musical Director.
