Celebrating the long tradition of street performances on Moroccan beaches and in villages, the stage is transformed from desert to crowded public square, from a call to prayer to a magical night-time dance. Acrobatic feats, visual humour and stirring music mix the traditional and modern, deep culture and the universal. Groupe Acrobatique de Tanger have a ten-year history of travelling to prestigious theatres around the world, using their boundless energy, skill and humour to breathe new life into this centuries-old tradition.
