How well do we know the partner that we have been with for God knows how long? How well do we remember everything we have done together? How much faith can we have in our memories? Linger is a One Act, two-hander play by new playwright Kit Stickland that explores the transitory nature of love, life and memory. The play shows us the effect of living with Alzheimer's and what a toll it can take on the relationships and connections we have made- as well as highlighting the growing isolation and desperation of our ageing population. The play is at once bleak, absurd and occasionally funny, following in the vein of absurdist and total theatre traditions.
