What if sperm was irrelevant for conception? Follow two queer womxn as they navigate the edges of morality in a dystopian tale of genetic engineering, baby showers and losing love. Behind 'Be Longing' is a group of independent, female theatre-makers who believe in building platforms for queer voices. The brainchild of Lauren Gibson, an actor, theatre-maker and writer from New Zealand, 'Be Longing' features both her and Keagan Fransch - also an actor and maker from New Zealand and Zimbabwe.
