Enjoyable and engaging though sometimes confusing. I would recommend seeing this show before it closes The two leads are excellent, the show is beautifully staged and there are some good special effects. All in all an enjoyable evening with good music. All the parts of the show are good but don't quite come together to take it from good to great.Read more →

Great performance! So clever and immersive.Read more →
The first half is slow going, but the staging, voices and impressive transitions make up for that. The second half starts with the strongest song and staging and builds up to an emotional end. It's a shame this show is coming to an end as I would happily see it again!Read more →
By necessity the plot-line is erratic and segmented, but whilst the production is far from mind-blowing, it has a great deal to commend it, helped by some studious tweaking of the source material by Lauren Gunderson.
Everyone works hard and clearly a lot of love and heart has gone into the project, but despite some near-magical moments and neat stage tricks, the whole never quite manages to elevate itself into anything especially memorable or emotionally engaging, which is a pity given the exceptional writing talents involved. Worth seeing but don’t expect your heart-strings to be tugged.Read more →
