Truly excellent! Special mentions: fun tricks in Let It Go, beautiful Sven, Kristoff’s reprise of What Do I Know About Love, sweet Olaf&pretty snow. It took a scene or 2 to get into it, young Anna was particularly shrill, but much better once the adults took over. Stephanie McKeon is a near perfect Anna&Danielle Fiamanya is amazing! Wonderful; v faithful to the film with lots of great extras: I Can’t Lose You being my personal fave of the additions, closely followed by Hygge. The sets were so beautiful and filled with so many little details. I loved every second one. The costumes with details, Duke Weaselton had little weasels on his costume to represent the nickname.Elsa's iconic dress each gem had it moment to shine especially in her quick change. Anna dress with the ice on the bottom to show how cold the weather was. The added details from frozen 2. The cast was all incredible and worked as a team to bring the show to life. Disney’s formulaic approach to proceedings may leave sophisticated theatregoers feeling somewhat insulted by the cash-cow approach the entertainment behemoth applies to its in-house merchandising opportunities. But Disney is a business corporation first and foremost. Stephanie McKeon stole hearts as Anna the story’s comically naive heroine. Craig Gallivan as the puppet snowman Olaf and Obioma Ugoala as hunky Kristoff, were crowd pleasers. This remains the best entertainment experience I ever had. "Frozen" is a real must-see; I actually found it superior to the animated film! I would daresay it was perfect. The film's story and moral of embracing yourself, go beyond barriers and "let it go" hits much more viscerally on stage. Combined with first-class performances from the perfectly-selected cast, powerful music and singing, magnificent staging and unforgettable scenes, the show will leave you on a lasting high whatever your age.Read more →

Amazing! I got a day seat and was absolutely happy with my seat. I was a bit worried as a theatre goer to see Frozen, obviously I wanted to see it as I love it but it’s the thought of lots of children that scared me (don’t get me wrong I love children!) but luckily it wasn’t as bad as I expected. The new original songs are fantastic they really gel with the songs from the film. We were expecting cheesy moments throughout the show, however there were enough tasteful scenes and jokes which balanced it all out. The set for Olaf’s ‘In Summer’ was by far one of the best parts along with Oaken’s introduction in the second act. Samatha Barks was obviously incredible the whole way through. Absolutely magical show obviously, you don’t expect any less with Disney theatre shows. I grew up with the film so seeing it in real life was amazing, but personally some of the casting was questionable to me. I will shout out Anna as I loved her enthusiasm and she was really popular amongst the whole audience, and also Sven! Amazing acting, singing and scenography. Lots of additional catchy songs. It’s a great show for every ages. I was in tears as this was my first show since pandemic, I went mainly for my 6 years old daughter and I ended up enjoying it as much as her, it was beyond my expectations. It was so nice to see Samantha Barks in this production. The theater is beautiful and a perfect place to see Frozen. I sat in the Grand Circle which was perfect to see all the great special effects you cannot see in the stalls. I enjoyed hearing all the reactions of the children in the theatre. as someone who really grew up with the disney movie frozen, i was so happy to be able to see it on the west end. the effects (especially in regards to elsa's powers) were absolutely amazing and really created a great atmosphere. vocals and acting was great. definitely would recommend for people of all ages, including young children.Read more →

The special effects are amazing. But I feel something was missing. The vocal performances are chilling and great. But again something feels like it is missing.
