Powerful play. It managed to take on so many delicate and difficult discussions in a relatively fun way. It’s still very intense, of course — as it should be, given the topic. Generation after generation, humans try to be more human, less animal — yet when it comes to mating and gender roles, our animal instincts often take the upper hand. It’s an eternal battle.
