Has a large cast (20 or so) and everyone is very good, including the younger actors. It has a very intimate feel and really draws you in. Although it's 3 hours my attention didn't wander at all. If you can get a ticket then go and see it !Read more →

Absolutely loved this, even more than Jerusalem (also written by Jez Butterworth) a number of years ago. **** Considine kept the whole thing going, while Laura Donnelly was great as his would-be wife in another life. Quirks including a real baby, rabbits and a goose added to the charm, and the slow burn is wonderful to behold. Was over 3 hours but so compelling that it flew by and I was surprised when it was over. Chillingly dark final scene; i'll be thinking about this one for weeks 🐦Read more →

Very good, amazing acting and fantastic ending. Only slight issue is the time and it's a tad too wordy, the same things could be achieved with less words but still a fantastic play and worth the waitRead more →

Sublime. An incredibly fluid ensemble performance. Rhythmically very pleasing in the large and long group scenes. Stellar performance from the lead actress.Read more →
Absolutely beautiful writing. Good story, a lot of threads coming my together in the end, keeps you engaged. But the 'words' just had me enthralled throughout.Read more →
